Jason Traxler, the Bonnyville massage therapist charged with two counts of sexual assault, adjourned his matters to Oct. 1.
Traxler's lawyer appeared in the Bonnyville Provincial Courthouse on Tuesday, Sept. 3 on his behalf and adjourned the 49-year-old Bonnyville man's matters to Oct. 1 to obtain and review disclosure.
Traxler was charged by Bonnyville RCMP with two counts of sexual assault after two women alleged they attended a Bonnyville business for a massage. The victims claim it was during their session Traxler touched them inappropriately.
The Massage Therapist Association of Alberta has suspended his membership as a result of these allegations.
His next court appearance is Oct. 1 in the Bonnyville Provincial Courthouse.
