BONNYVILLE - The Bonnyville Centralized High School Santa's Elves Charity Cup basketball game took place on Dec. 7 between BCHS and Notre Dame High School. The event raised over $3,000 in toys and cash donations. Fans packed the stands to support athletes and the cause.
The boys’ and girls’ junior varsity teams, along with the boys’ and girls’ senior teams from both schools each played a quarter to make for an exciting and fun game. Every $5 donated to Santa’s Elves put two points on the scoreboard for whichever team the donor picked.
