The MD of Bonnyville council has upheld its decision to not contribute $15,000 to a bus for the Bonnyville Seniors' Society.
The Society also approached the Town of Bonnyville for $15,000, who approved funding the bus, contingent on MD council reverting its decision and funding the other half.
"They look like the good guy and we look like the bad guy," said Reeve Ed Rondeau at Wednesday's council meeting.
Council will write a letter to Town council expressing their position. Rondeau said it should include how MD council is not happy with how Town council treated the issue and from now on if it wants to support a project it should do so solo.
