The Bonnyville Snow dusters, Bonnyville's local non-profit snowmobiling club, is getting the club fired up for the season.

MD of Bonnyville council has approved moving forward with applications for Alberta Small Community Opportunity Grants that aim to pursue two projects.

La Corey – The Willow Prairie Ag society hosted Santa Claus for their December pancake breakfast, complete with sleigh rides, a decorated stage for photographs, and a donation drop-off for the food bank at the Bonnyville Community Church.

BONNYVILLE - Santa Claus embraced his wild side at the Bonnyville Royal Canadian Legion Biker Santa event on Dec. 15.

H.E Bourgoin middle school hosted a performance of The Nutcracker during the school’s Christmas concert on Dec. 17. Music teacher Erika Tienhaara explained that she and Grade 8 teacher Peggy Chick directed the play.

MD of Bonnyville council has approved a donation of $8,000 from the Ronald McDonald House to support their Winterland Invitational hockey tournament.
