The Town of Bonnyville is continuing to chip away at the many levels of marijuana legislation. During their March 13 meeting, council delved deeper into the specifics of municipal bylaws on cannabis in an effort to find common ground on the issue.

Local known to police arrested over the weekend

A man known to local RCMP was arrested and charged over the weekend. On March 16, an employee of an oilfield company recognized their stolen truck on the road. Officers followed up on the report and located the vehicle.
