Following the results of last week's municipal election, the Town of Bonnyville welcomed its first new mayor in over seven years, with Coun.

Following a back and forth campaign, Ed Rondeau was re-elected as reeve for the MD of Bonnyville on Oct. 21, defeating challenger Erwin Thompson by over 600 votes.
