COLD LAKE - On Dec. 6, the 4 Wing Military Family Resource Centre Society handed out over 250 handmade Christmas wreaths to military members, veterans, and defense team families who were staying in Cold Lake over the Christmas holidays.
Floyd Perras, Executive Director of the 4 Wing Military Family Resource Centre Society (MFRCS) stated this number was higher then last year when 220 wreaths were given out. The program, which has been running for over five years, had help from staff and community volunteers.
