Along with a plea for financial assistance, those involved with a Cold Lake cemetery are urging action to upgrade and preserve the historical St. Dominic's Cemetery. 

Squadrons from 4 Wing Cold Lake will be conducting night flying training over the City of Cold Lake from April 8 until April 26.

On April 6, the Cold Lake Air Force Museum welcomed visitors from near and far to its open house event, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

In a move aimed at enhancing regional connectivity and economic growth, the Alberta government has announced an investment of $1.13 million to support the development of regional airports across the province, and some of that money will be coming to Cold Lake.

Cold Lake RCMP are hoping to identify two suspects who were allegedly involved in an armed robbery with an imitation firearm at the Fas Gas on 50th Street in Cold Lake.

No injuries have been reported following an incident where a vehicle was shot at in Cold Lake on April 2.
