A funding request from the Lakeland Scuba Society was recently brought before City of Cold Lake council, with the group seeking up to $2,500 for operational costs.  

The Cold Lake Community Garden Society, established in 2014, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

COLD LAKE - The City of Cold Lake council has expressed concerns about Bill 20, the Municipal Affairs Statutes Amendment Act, 2024.

According to the City of Cold Lake, council has allocated a total of $100,000 to the program, which is enough to support the development or legalization of 20 secondary suites over the next year.
