School division still seeing average of three incidents each week

On Nov. 15, a Town of Elk Point public notice reported, “The north end of town is experiencing water interruptions… Public Works is in the process of fixing the issues."

Regional letter mail and parcel deliveries through Canada Post are at a standstill as the strike by postal workers continues.
