ELK POINT - A positive case of COVID-19 has been connected to FG Miller Jr./Sr. High School in Elk Point.
On Dec. 3, St. Paul Education Superintendent Glen Brodziak sent out a letter to parents, guardians and families of the school.
"Our school division has been notified by an individual from the FG Miller School that a student has tested positive for COVID-19," said Brodziak.
While many students from the school are now receiving at-home learning due to the province directing schools to move classes online for students in Grades 7 to 12, the goal of the school division is to keep parents and guardians informed of what is happening at their child's school.
Those in the same cohort as the individual have already been contacted.
