LAC LA BICHE - The polls opened for Election Day at 9 a.m. Monday morning and will close at 8p.m. In Lac La Biche County, the ballot boxes were busy in the opening hours of voting with steady traffic to the Bold Center polling stations.
Polling stations in each ward are also open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.
The Lac La Biche municipal election has four candidates running for mayor, and 27 candidates running for the remaining eight seats in Wards 1 through 7.
