Conditions on Easter Sunday were ideal for the last day of the ice fishing season, which officially ended on March 31. While ice huts had already been removed from Lac La Biche lake after what had been a relatively short season, scattered groups of recreational fishers could be seen on the lake’s surface enjoying some last-minute fishing.
