Trick-or treaters didn't let COVID scare them on the streets of Lac La Biche on Halloween night. Although it was a little quieter than normal, retailers and neighbourhoods were pleased to see little ghouls and goblins on the streets. Peace officers and RCMP were conducting regular patrols of busy areas, maintaining social distancing protocols and encouraging safe and healthy activities.
