More room at Bold Center JAWS for exam-writing

Answering the skill testing questions with lots more room

Students at J. A. Williams High School are just finishing up their exams for first semester classes, the first time they were written in the school's new location adjoining the Bold Center.
School principal Terry Moghrabi says the new location has made scheduling easier, as they can borrow county space for events that need extra room - like when many students need to write an exam at once.
"Because of the convenience of havingthe county space there, it makes it a little easier for us to schedule 100 students at a time," said Moghrabi.
He says the school has also taken advantage of Bold Center county space for other events like presentations and assemblies.
"We have a good-neighbour agreement with the county space for this exam session, because they get to use the gym facility for public use, and we get to use their space for exams," Moghrabi said. "It's a handshake.
