The Music in the Forest concert series, which takes place throughout the summer at Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park, returned to the park amphitheatre Saturday, with the eclectic indie folk-rock and new wave–inspired sounds of Dave Von Bie

LAC LA BICHE - The Music in the Forest concert series, which takes place throughout the summer at Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park, returned to the park amphitheatre Saturday, with the eclectic indie folk-rock and new wave–inspired sounds of Dave Von Bieker.

The indie artists who is based in Edmonton drew a full-crowd to the intimate amphitheatre inside the campground.

Throughout the evening, the bowtie–wearing Von Bieker pleased the audience with a variety of songs, including ones from his latest offering, Dumb Hope, while sharing stories about his life and love for music. Von Bieker will soon be hitting the road for a series of summer shows around Alberta.
