UPDATE: RCMP arrest suspect, Shelter in Place advisory lifted for Kikino

Shelter in Place caution lifted

UPDATE: Lac La Biche RCMP are reporting that the suspect has been safely taken into custody.

The police incident and the shelter in place order for the Kikino area is now over.

Lac La Biche RCMP have issued a shelter in place for Kikino Métis Settlement as they continue to search for a person they say is armed and dangerous.

At the same time, RCMP  have issued a description of 39-year-old Patrick Glynn.

Glynn is described as medium complexion, 6 foot 2 inches tall, 194 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Patrick Glynn should contact Lac La Biche RCMP  detachment at 780-404-2500 or their local police. The public is advised not to approach Glynn.

Tips from the public relating Glynn's location can also be made anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
