Summer Kids Camp teaches life skills through having fun

Day camp focuses on social skills and preparing kids for entering grade school.

LAC LA BICHE - The Summer Kids Club gives children under the age of six the opportunity to acquire important growth skills through hands-on learning and imaginative play.

The goal of this day camp, which is held Monday to Friday at the Bold Center, is focused on teaching socialization skills to the participants and instilling in them a sense of physical and emotional resiliency in preparation for entering grade school.

In addition to engaging and fun and educational activities such as arts and crafts, children also go on field trips. The Summer Kids Camp is a joint venture between Lac La Biche FCSS and Lac La Biche County. The cost is $75 per week per child. For more information, please contact the Bold Center.
