Lac La Biche police and fire crews shut down traffic on a portion of Hwy. 36 today (Monday) after a tanker truck crashed into the ditch near the Ramada Hotel. But then re-opened the road a few minutes later. . Following the crash, which took place at approximately 2:30 p.m., traffic from the south was detoured through the Christy Creek Road. Traffic from the north was detoured through Lac La Biche's Main Street and out onto Hwy. 55 west.
