$5,000 worth of merchandise stolen from Cold Lake business

RCMP warn residents to use caution if they see any stolen items for sell on buy and sell groups on social media
COLD LAKE - Over $5,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from a Cold Lake business on Sept. 19.
 
RCMP responded to a glass break alarm at Riders Connection at about 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, located on 50th Street in Cold Lake south. Upon arrival, officers noticed that the windows were smashed and there was merchandise scattered across the ground.
 
About 20 helmets, and 25 FOX brand Jersey's were stolen from the store. 
 
"Cold Lake RCMP are asking residents to use caution if purchasing any of these items brand new on any buy and sell groups on social media as they may be stolen," according to RCMP.
