LOCATED: Cold Lake woman missing, RCMP seek public's help

Police are asking for the public's help in locating Madison Katrina Payne. The 23-year-old Cold Lake woman was last seen in Cold Lake on July 3. Police believe Payne may be in the Edmonton area.

UPDATED: On Friday, July 15, Cold Lake RCMP confirmed that Madison Katrina Payne has been located safe. They thank the public for their assistance.

COLD LAKE – A 23-year-old Cold Lake woman, Madison Katrina Payne, has not been heard from since July 3.  

Attempts by family and friends to reach Payne have been unsuccessful. Now Cold Lake RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating the 23-year-old. 

Payne was last seen in Cold Lake on July 3, but it is believed she may be in the Edmonton area.  

RCMP acknowledge that it is unknown which area or community the 23-year-old may be in. 

Payne is described as having long hair that is dyed blonde, green eyes and a light complexion. 

She wears glasses and has several tattoos on her arms.  

Payne is 5 ft. 7 in. tall and weighs about 185 lbs.   

Police are asking anyone who knows of Payne's whereabouts, or has recently been in contact with her, to contact the Cold Lake RCMP Detachment at 780-594-3302 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
