Customized truck stolen from Cold Lake compound

Cold Lake RCMP are continuing an investigation into the thefts of vehicles from a compound located west of Cold Lake. RCMP are asking the public for any information related to the theft of a customized grey painted 1988 Ford F250 truck.

RCMP are asking the public to provide any information they may have in relation to a customized grey 1988 Ford F250 that was reported stolen on April 22.

COLD LAKE – Cold Lake RCMP are seeking help from the public to locate a vehicle reported to have been stolen from a locked compound west of Cold Lake between April 19 and 20. 

The theft of a 1988 Ford F250 with a custom welded box was reported stolen to police on April 22. 

The stolen vehicle is further described as repainted grey with an antique licence plate S726. 

Another vehicle had been previously identified by RCMP as being stolen around the same time from the same location just off Highway 55, but has since been located.

A yellow 1969 Pontiac GTO, which had also been reported on April 22, was later located in a rural area.  

As of April 25, no charges had been laid in relation to that theft, according to Joannie Crevier, the detachment operations clerk for the Cold Lake RCMP. 

Cold Lake RCMP are requesting anyone from the public with information on these vehicle thefts to call Cold Lake RCMP at 780-594-3302.
