Elk Point - RCMP are hoping the public can help locate 35-year-old Michael James Palmateer.
He was last seen at a residence located long Highway 897, outside Frog Lake, on March 23 at about 3 p.m. Elk Point RCMP’s efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful and police are concerned about his well-being.
Palmateer is described as having a fair complexion, he is bald, has hazel eyes and is 6'1" in height. He weighs about 178 lbs. Palmateer has tattoos on both arms, and a tattoo over his heart. He also has a long scar above his forehead.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a black hat, blue jeans, steel toe works boots, and he may have a back pack with him.
