ST. PAUL - Sarah Boucher, owner of the St. Paul flower shop Floral Enchantment, put together a display in her store window on Friday, in honour of fallen RCMP Cst. Heidi Stevenson. On April 24, people across the nation honoured Stevenson with a moment of silence and by wearing red.
Boucher used her father’s Red Serge as part of her display.
Stevenson lost her life protecting others during an active shooter event that occurred in Nova Scotia April 18 and 19. Over 20 people had been confirmed dead, as RCMP continue to investigate the incident.
