BONNYVILLE – The Town of Bonnyville has a new outdoor amenity – pickle ball courts.
The two outdoor pickle ball courts are now open for public use and are located next to the town’s tennis courts, on the corner of 47 Ave. and 49 St.
With only a few weeks left before fall officially arrives and warm weather in the forecast, pickle ball players have some time to make use of the new facility.
The outdoor pickle ball courts were included in the Town of Bonnyville's 2022 capital projects, along with the adult fitness equipment station and the relocation of the beach volleyball courts along Jessie Lake.
While construction of the new courts is complete and ready to be used, some landscaping around the court's exterior remains ongoing.
