It's been drizzle and gloom across the Lakeland for the last few weeks as rain continues to soak into the region that was tinder-dry just a month ago.
Now, in communities across the Lakeland, like Lac La Biche, the steady rains have slowed down construction projects, put extra stresses on utilities and really made a splash for local motorists.
According to the weather forecast at www.lakelandtoday.ca the next few days, the rain and cooler temperatures will continue all the way to Sunday, when the sun is forecast to bring temperatures up to 20C.
