LAC LA BICHE - Again this year, the Lac La Biche Remembrance Day ceremonies are back to the outdoor venue at the Lac La Biche McGrane Branch 28 Legion cenotaph on Churchill Drive.
At Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, an indoor event will take place at the Buffalo Lake Recreation Centre starting at 10.
Schools across the region are closed for the statutory holiday, but many are expected to host Remembrance Day services for students in the days leading up to Friday, November 11.
