Stabbing near Bonnyville’s Main Street

An alleged stabbing that occurred on July 28, resulted in three people being treated for non-life threatening injuries. A 22-year-old has been arrested and remanded into custody in relation to the assault.

BONNYVILLE – Members of the Bonnyville RCMP were dispatched to a report of a stabbing involving three individuals on July 28, in the area of 50 St. 

RCMP members located three victims who were reported to have sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were receiving medical treatment, according to a Bonnyville RCMP statement released Aug. 12.

Tyerel Watchmaker, a suspect identified in relation to the stabbing, was located and arrested.

Watchmaker was charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and failing to comply with release conditions.

The 22-year-old was brought before a Justice of the Peace who remanded him into custody.
