GOODFISH LAKE - Little information has been released by RCMP following a suspected homicide in Goodfish Lake over the weekend that claimed the life of a teenager.
On Oct. 2 at about 10:30 p.m., Smoky Lake RCMP were called to assist EMS on a call at Goodfish Lake.
"Upon arrival it was determined that a male was deceased at the scene," confirmed RCMP on Sunday.
RCMP have engaged in a homicide investigation and confirmed the deceased is a 16-year-old male. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when it becomes available, according to RCMP.
