With the lights out on Main Street's two main lit intersections ... the 4-way stop protocol STOP in order.
If two vehiles arrive at same time, the vehicle to the right has the right of way. If two vehicles arrive at the 4 way opposite each other, if one is turning and one is going straight, the straight route has the right of way.
