BONNYVILLE - Several vehicles were reported stolen over the past week in the Bonnyville RCMP detachment area.
On Aug. 24, a black 2011 Toyota Avalon with Alberta licence plate CGL 1452 was stolen from the Vezeau Beach area.
"The vehicle had been left running, unlocked with the keys inside," according to police. "RCMP would like to again remind motorists that there is unfortunately no safe place to leave a vehicle running with the keys inside and to urge everyone to lock their vehicles and not leave the keys inside."

Then, sometime overnight on Aug. 17, unknown suspects attended a residence in the 4300 block of 42nd Street, where a quad and trailer were parked.
