The seventh annual Walleye Classic had anglers from across the region take to Moose Lake. The two-day fishing competition hosted by the Elk Point Lions Club, had 95 boats competing this year.

The rain didn't dampen any students' spirits last Friday, as 10 schools took part in the fourteenth annual Wind Runners race in Saddle Lake. Hosted by Onchaminahos School, the 5 km relay race drew in schools from across the region.
