The Bonnyville Jr. A Pontiacs continued their winning streak during the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) showcase “It was a great result. Anytime you can come in and get four points to continue a win streak,” recalled head coach Rick Swan.

The St. Paul Bengals bantam football team grabbed its first win of the season at home on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Wainwright WarHawks by a score of 32-6. It was a "big win" for the young football team, says coach Todd Tanasichuk.
