The Cold Lake Aeros continued their season at home on Nov. 19 with a 6-3 loss against the visiting Vegreville Vipers. The Aeros are sitting at the top of the Canadian American Junior Hockey League.

A bean bag tournament brought youth together from across the region in on Nov. 7 at the Cold Lake Energy Centre.

There is a continued need for more basketball officials in order to help keep the junior high and high school basketball seasons running across the Lakeland.

It was another weekend filled with indoor soccer action, this time at the Bonnyville C2 Centre.

The St. Paul Curling Club once again transformed its ice into a hub of fun activity, as curlers of all ages came together for the annual funspiel fundraiser in support of the Haying in the 30’s Cancer Support Society, Nov. 18. 

On Nov. 18, two dominating teams faced off in the bantam 9-a-side Tier 1 championship in St. Paul, and the St. Paul Bengals came out on top.

The St. Paul Canadiens continue to dominate the ice, maintaining their position at the top of the North Eastern Alberta Jr. B Hockey League (NEAJBHL) standings for the regular season, following their victory at home against the Vegreville Rangers on Nov. 17. 

After a long trip to Grande Prairie to take on the Sexsmith Sabres, the St. Paul Lions claimed the North Championship for Tier IV high school football on Nov. 18.
