The Holy Rosary Raiders won last Friday afternoon’s game against the St. Paul Lions in Lloydminster with a score of 51 – 7. The only touchdown for the Lions came from Dale Krankowsky during the first quarter.

The Canadiens lost 8 – 1 in its first meeting against the Cold Lake Ice during the regular season last Sunday afternoon, following a 7-1 loss to the Vegreville Rangers in an away game on Friday night.

With essentially a day and a half of rest following the AJHL Showcase Weekend, the Bonnyville Jr. A Pontiacs got back on the road for a two-game trip to Drayton Valley and Grand Prairie.

The stands at Walsh Field were completely packed and then some.

On a sunny Saturday afternoon the Bonnyville Bandits lined up on Walsh Field to face the Lloydminster Chargers. The nice weather did not bring a nice result for the Bandits, as the Chargers were a bit too much to handle.
