On May 6, 2022, Rebecca Ann Burgess of St. Paul passed away at the age of 36 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 10 years, Bobby; daughter, Jordynn; son, Cohen; loving parents, Terry & Terri Yaceyko; siblings, Angie (Ryan) Potts & their children, Ethan & Brielle, Paul (Kim) Yaceyko & their children, Alec & Faron, Jessica Yaceyko (Dylan Preston) & their child, Kash; Gido, Metro Yaceyko; father- & mother-in-law, Robert & Sharon Burgess; sister-in-law, Katherine Burgess; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. Becky was predeceased by her Gido & Baba, John & Mary Wanchuk; & Baba, Sophie Yaceyko. A Celebration of Becky’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Stry 75th Anniversary Hall, Stry with Reverend Father Peter Haugen officiating. Cremation has taken place with inurnment to be held at later date in Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Stry. In honor of Becky, the family has requested to please wear pink, purple or bright colours and those in emergency services are encouraged to wear their uniforms in respect of Becky’s EMS service.
