It is with saddened hearts that the family of Georgette Olive Duchesne of Bonnyville, Alberta announces her passing on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the age of 86 years.
Georgette will be forever remembered and loved by her children: Edward (Cindy) Duchesne of La Corey, Lillian (Brian) Hopf of Ardmore, Brenda (Dwayne) Kalinsky of Iron River; son-in-law: Henry Fersovitch of La Corey; daughter-in-law: Kai Duchesne of Port Coquitlam, BC; fourteen grandchildren: Kevin, Craig, Grace, Micheal, Brent, Clayton, Gregory, Levi, Justine, Allias, Jenavieve, Pascale, Chloé, Sheia; twenty-nine great grandchildren; brother: Andrew (MaryAnne) Leroux; three sisters: Alice Kahanyshyn, Rita Leroux, Isabelle (Dixon) John; brother-in-law: Ernest Duchesne; sister-in-law: Térèse Hooper; as well as numerous nieces & nephews.
Georgette was predeceased by her husband: Rolland Duchesne in 2003; daughter: Jacquie Fersovitch, son: Lawrence Duchesne; parents: Joseph & Genevieve Leroux; brothers: Ivan, Rene, Leo, Louis, Frankie, Gilles.
