According to a study done in the States, young people, especially males ages 16 to 25, are in the age group least likely to buckle up, with the study stating that males in this group tend not to believe they will be injured or killed in an accident.

I write this letter out of frustration, realizing that it will probably only be read by the 95 per cent of the population who are responsible and respecting of the property of others. To you, my remarks are not directed.

They should have windows in every room, every over-sized recreation area, every colour-matched alcove, and even in the steam rooms (that's right it has steam rooms). The Bold Center needs windows everywhere.
