Chip sealing of Highway 29 in St. Paul to begin mid-August

The work to chip seal Highway 29, on either side of the Town of St. Paul is anticipated to begin the second week of August.

ST. PAUL – The work to chip seal Highway 29, on either side of the Town of St. Paul is anticipated to begin the second week of August.

According to Alberta's Transportation and Economic Corridors, the chip sealing will match the previously completed thin lift overlay previously completed on the highway. Chip sealing will improve traction and help maintain long-term highway performance, according to information from Alberta Transportation.

No other Alberta Transportation projects are being conducted in the area.
