Elk Point RCMP look to public to help identify second suspect

Elk Point RCMP are looking to the public to help identify a second suspect involved in a break-in at a local business that occurred on Oct. 4.

On Oct. 5, Elk Point RCMP members responded to a break and enter at a local business that occurred at about 10 p.m. the evening prior.

Two suspects gained entry to a business. RCMP members reviewed the video surveillance on site and were able to identify one male as Dallan Moser (25) from Elk Point. He was then arrested by RCMP, according to an RCMP media release.

Moser has been charged with:

  • Break and enter
  • Mischief under $5,000
  • Possession of coin-operated device breaking instrument
  • Fail to comply conditions of recognizance (x 2)
  • Fail to comply conditions of probation (x 2)

Moser has been remanded to appear in St. Paul Provincial Court on Oct. 17.

Elk Point RCMP members are now hoping the public can help identify the second person involved in the break in. The above photo shows the unknown suspect wearing a red hoodie/jacket, gloves, and dark pants.
