St. Paul RCMP advise that the shelter in place in Saddle Lake Cree Nation has now been lifted and say "There is no longer any threat."
SADDLE LAKE - RCMP are asking residents of Saddle Lake Cree Nation to shelter in place as police are currently searching for a suspect involved in a incident, as of 2:43 p.m. on Thursday, April 11.
"Police are asking residents in this area to lock their doors and stay inside. Please ensure your vehicles are locked and the keys are not in them. For public and police safety, please do not post the actions of police on social media," reads a release from RCMP.
An update will be sent when more information becomes available.
