ST. PAUL - On March 27, the St Paul 4-H Beef Project held our annual Mini Show.
During the day we weighed, washed, combed, groomed, and blowed our market steers. Later, we received a clipping and fitting clinic from Brynn Yoder about the best way to clip our steers for show day.
Afterwards, we had snacks to ease our hunger.
To finish off the long day, we took pictures with our steers that will be used for our 2024 sales catalogue.
On April 24, we got together to finalize some details for our upcoming Achievement Day which will be on May 31, and the District Show and Sale on June 3.
Our project is also organizing this year's highway cleanup. Watch out for us and give us a honk on May 4.
We also received a presentation from Erin Yaremko on judging cards and how to do oral presentations.
