ST. PAUL – On June 6, the St. Paul Chamber and District Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual golf tournament - a gathering designed to bring the business community together.
"It's just an opportunity for businesses and community members to get out and network and talk about what they do and how we can support the community," said Yvonne Weinmeier, executive director of the Chamber of Commerce.
She thanked all community members and sponsors who participated and helped out.
"It was a nice day and everybody had fun."
The Chamber is also gearing up for its next major event, which is the Chamber's rodeo kickoff supper on Aug. 27.
This year's supper will feature a "very well known comedian," says Weinmeier. "We're looking forward to a really good night out to kick off the rodeo week."
