St. Paul RCMP look to return stolen items to owners

St. Paul RCMP are hoping to return tools, jewellery and collectibles that are believed to have been stolen. The items were seized by police following a search warrant executed on Aug. 6 in St. Paul.

ST. PAUL - St. Paul RCMP are hoping to return several tools and other items to their rightful owners. The items were seized by police following a search warrant executed on Aug. 6 in St. Paul.

Shortly after 6:30 a.m., St. Paul RCMP executed the search warrant for stolen property and charged two people for possession of property obtained by crime.

Brooklyn Gochko, 21, a resident of St. Paul, was charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and Jennifer Gochko, 48, a resident of St. Paul, was also charged with possessio of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

Both individuals were brought before a Justice of the Peace and released on $1,000 promise to pay, with court dates to appear at Alberta Court of Justice in St. Paul on Sept. 5, according to information from RCMP.

"As a result of the search, St. Paul RCMP discovered a various amount of collectible coins, jewellery, and unidentified tools," according to information from police. "St. Paul RCMP seized these items and are looking to find the owners of the unidentified tools."
