UPDATE: St. Paul RCMP have advised Justice Houle has been located safe and well. Thank you, to the public and media, for assisting police in locating those who are reported missing.
St. Paul – A 22-year-old man has been reported missing to RCMP, as of Aug. 19. St. Paul RCMP say Justice Ernest Houle was last seen in Edmonton during the month of July.
According to RCMP, there is concern for his well-being.
RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the 22-year-old. Police would like speak with him as soon as possible.
Houle is described as having black hair and brown eyes. He is 6ft 1in and weighs 170lbs. What Houle may be wearing is unknown.
