Students compete at annual senior high track and field championship in St. Paul

On May 22, schools in the St. Paul region competed during the annual St. Paul Athletics Association (SPAA) senior high championship at the St. Paul Regional High School track.

ST. PAUL – On May 22, schools in the St. Paul region competed during the annual St. Paul Athletics Association (SPAA) senior high track and field championship at the St. Paul Regional High School track.

When the day was done, St. Paul Regional High School collected the most points, with FG Miller students from Elk Point collected the second most, and New Myrnam coming in third place. 

Students from Two Hills, Glendon, Mallaig, Ashmont, École du Sommet, Tus Tuk ee Skaws High School, Kinokamasihk Kiskinohamatokami, and St. Paul Alternate Education also took part in the track and field championship.

Students finishing in the top positions in each event will move on to track and field zones, which take place in Bonnyville on May 29.
