Aspen View Public Schools was notified on Monday of a positive case of COVID-19 at Vilna School. According to a media release from the school division, 26 students and five staff members from the school have been directed to stay home.

"To protect privacy, no further case details will be provided," according to the school division.

“Aspen View and Vilna School administration are diligently following Alberta Health Services guidance to ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the health and safety of students and staff,” said superintendent Neil O’Shea.
