The Nutcracker took place over the Dec. 7 and 8 weekend in St. Paul.

It was another outstanding year for St. Paul Football. Players, coaches, and supporters, gathered at the St. Paul Regional High School on Dec. 3 to celebrate the club’s achievements at the club’s 41st awards night. 

On Dec. 7, the Portage College’s St. Paul campus was filled with over 200 community members decorating holiday themed cookies.

The Christmas tree along Main Street at the St. Paul Museum burst to life on Dec. 6 during the St. Paul Regional and Community Support Services (FCSS) seventh annual Christmas Tree Lighting event.

Motorists travelling in the Two Hills, St. Paul and Ashmont regions may experience delays as they travel on highways on Dec. 11.

Throughout the duration of the U18 hockey tournament, items were collected for Santa's Food Drive in St. Paul.

The St. Paul Canadiens remain in fourth place in the league, after a 7-3 loss against the Bandits in Lloydminster on Dec. 6 followed by a 4-2 win against the Killam Wheat Kings at home on Dec. 7. 

To many, graffitis are an eyesore and vandalism left on public and private property. But for others, when done with consideration and respect – graffiti is an art. It is a raw expression of culture, identity, and emotion. 

Community organizations under the County of St. Paul’s insurance policy, which is offered through the Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA), will be seeing increased insurance costs.

The STEP (St. Paul/Elk Point) Economic Development Alliance has paused the Rural Renewal Stream (RRS) program until March 2025.
