BONNYVILLE - The Goodfish Lake man charged with robbing a Bonnyville business adjourned his matters in court on Tuesday.
During his appearance in Bonnyville court on Feb. 4, Preston Leon Halfe adjourned his plea to Feb. 18 so his legal counsel could obtain disclosure from the Crown.
Halfe was arrested Jan. 27 in relation to an armed robbery at Cougar Fuels. The 22-year-old has been charged with robbery with a firearm, unauthorized possession of a weapon, possession of property obtained by crime, possesion of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, disguised with intent to commit an offence, and possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
His next court appearance is Feb. 18 in the Bonnyville Provincial Courthouse.
