UPDATE: Shortly after 10:30 p.m., the La Corey North Resource Road was reopened. However, emergency services remain on scene
"Range Road 460 now has one lane open to traffic," states a update from the Voyent Alert Sytem.
BONNYVILLE - A road closure is in effect north of La Corey (Hwy 55) on Range Road 460. This is affecting a section of the La Corey North Resource Road.
This closure is due to a police event, according the MD of Bonnyville.
The closure was put into effect at 7p.m. and will remain closed to all traffic until further notice.
"The site is expected to be closed to traffic and access around the site will be restricted," stated the Voyent Alert Sytem.
The Voyent Alert System is updated by the municipality's Public Safety Department.
